His background spans global operations, multi-plant and multi-division leadership, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, procurement, material planning, logistics, vendor management, business process engineering, ERP transformation, and new product support across geographic regions and businesses.
Throughout his career, Raymond has focused on building high-performing global supply chain and operations organizations that consistently execute against key business metrics while supporting growth. His experience also includes leading business process engineering, vendor management, SAP implementation, and major systems transitions.
Raymond has also served as an integral leader in several large and small M&A transactions, supporting the integration of acquired businesses and leading cross-functional teams through operational and systems change.

Led material planning, procurement, strategic sourcing, and compliance for a rapidly growing spacecraft organization. Built and developed supply chain capabilities, introduced processes and metrics, and helped achieve an approved purchasing system on the first DCMA CPSR audit.
Held multiple leadership roles over more than 16 years, including Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Senior Director of Business Unit Operations, and Director of Foundry Operations. Led global supply chain activities from wafer procurement through finished goods, supported revenue growth, managed strategic foundry and subcontractor relationships, and participated in major acquisition integrations.
Directed large-scale semiconductor manufacturing operations with approximately 300 staff, managed multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets, supported a $200M revenue run-rate, drove cost reduction and cycle-time improvement programs, and developed capacity, manpower, equipment, material, and space planning methods.
Raymond's career has combined engineering, operations, supply chain, technical leadership, and executive management across organizations ranging from semiconductor manufacturing to aerospace and advanced connectivity technologies.
